 Boost your seo! This secret hack is so little known on social media, but it makes a huge difference on Pinterest.

Because Pinterest is a search engine, it's key for your pins to not only be optimized, but include seo keywords. 

Why? 

Pinterest and Google both index your pins by searching through all the data involved. So, that means they search through meta tags, labels, links, seo keywords, etc... and guess what?

The name title of your image or video is searched too. So, for example, if you download a pin from Canva, and it has not been given a title, it can hurt your indexing on Pinterest and Google. You don't want that.
