How To Find Your Ideal Coaching Client



How do you find that mama that needs your help when she's just binging Pinterest candles? She's lost. She needs your health or wellness coaching help. Her energy stores are low and her fat content is high. Her faith is tanking and she knows it. 

But she's got so much on her plate. Your coaching offers will get her back to where she needs to be, but again, she' researching candles, rugs, or recipes she will never make. 

You know you have the two main things that she needs right now. 1) your faith in God's ability to use you to help her, and 2) your willingness to serve her as a coach and sister. So how do you find her? How do you reach her?

By being where she is before she knows she needs you.

You've got to be ready for that moment in her life. The moment she decides " today's the day I make a change." And in her memory she's seen your Pins. 
She's given them a scroll over; and her thoughts at that time or " I'll get to that on that day," she decides to make the changes she needs to go forward, because you have already been pinning on a consistent basis, she'll see your Pins again. Because, she isn't going to research the way she did about candles, rugs or recipes. 
You as a health or wellness coach have to hit your pins in her pain points ahead of time. You have to get to know this target audience pretty well. And I know you're already saying, " hey, I already know this momma and all her needs!" Perfect!
Since you know her now, you have to get all those pain points in your pins and reflect that in your boards. Of course there are three main elements that you need to have up to par in your Pinterest marketing strategy.
  1. Awareness - you need to increase how to reach this mama with your branding and what you offer as a coach to solve her problems.
  2. Consideration - you need to drive traffic to your website or profile.
  3. Conversion - your product pins and ideas have to convert her. She needs to see the finished new mama. 
This is what your Pinterest Pins have are going to do for you.

I know you only have so much time available. And Pinterest is a search engine driven platform that needs to be fed the elements. Here are the main elements to be concerned with:
  • SEO optimized account and profile, including boards and descriptions.
  • Keyword research
  • Creating discoverable content
  • Website claimed
  • Group boards
  • Marketing strategy - new product offers, articles driving traffic to your site, pins that resonate with your brand's voice.
Once you are consistently feeding Pinterest's SEO driven elements, you'll become discovered by the ideal client in your target audience. 

Feed the machine and Pinterest takes direct to consumer marketing to the next level. It becomes the beginning of the buyer's journey, a.k.a. - your new ideal coaching client. 

Sounds techy, but it's not. 

I'll leave you with this thought from Proverbs 31:30 - I'm sure you are acquainted with it - 
" favor is deceitful and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised."
Isn't that what all Godly women believe or want?  To become the Proverbs 31 woman. As a faith-based health or wellness coach, you have the tools to help this mom get there, not just on a physical level, but spiritually as well. And Pinterest is one of the best platforms to reach this momma. She is already there.
